1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ethereal Studio Labs (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Ribbsaeter Systems ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Ethereal Studio Labs.

Use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and GDPR Statement, all incorporated herein by reference.

2. Platform Access

Ethereal Studio Labs is an invitation-only luxury campaign platform. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property & Model IP

All synthetic model identities, likeness locks, identity anchors, and campaign assets generated on the Platform ("Model IP") are proprietary to Ethereal Studio Labs and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the scope of your active subscription.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Model IP outside the permitted uses defined in your subscription tier. Model identity files, polaroid references, and face architecture data remain the exclusive property of Ethereal Studio Labs and Ribbsaeter Systems.

Campaign images generated during an active subscription are licensed to you for commercial use within your brand context. This licence terminates upon account suspension or cancellation.

4. Credits & Billing

Platform features are metered via a credit system. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your plan. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days' notice.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details. For enterprise billing arrangements, contact studio@ethereal-casting.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights
• Impersonate real persons using generated model identities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract model identity data or training parameters
• Circumvent credit metering, access controls, or subscription gates
• Use generated assets to defame, harass, or deceive any individual or organisation
• Publish generated model content as real photography without appropriate editorial disclosure

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your licence to use generated assets reverts to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ribbsaeter Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
